Project Manager

  • Deliver cloud and data engineering projects
  • Develop, maintain and scale effective Technical Project Management capability within Cloud Engineering ensuring Searce meets and exceeds Availability, Performance, Security, Compliance and Cost goals in cloud service delivery
  • End-to-end management of cloud and data projects from enterprise customers across the globe
  • Drive project lifecycle processes like Scrum, Kanban or Waterfall.
  • Work with all key cross-functional teams including Sales, Cloud vendors, Cloud Engineering, Data engineering and business teams to convey the technical vision for Searce’s digital growth and contribute to the alignment of programs, projects and processes within Searce

  • Work with the project, and program stakeholders to fully scope requirements and adhere to the RACI templates

  • Working with tech leads to achieving GCP Specializations and AWS competencies and thus enabling the organization as a technology partner with multi-cloud vendors

  • Create regular Business Intelligence reports by querying the reporting interfaces and organizing the data into easy to understand Excel reports.
